The Opportunity
Join Adobe as a Program Manager and be at the forefront of driving innovation in digital experiences. This role is an outstanding opportunity to work with a world-class team dedicated to crafting transformative solutions. As a Program Manager within the Global Site Operations (GSO) group, your responsibility will be to lead diverse global programs and strategic vendor partnerships.
What you'll Do
- Lead multiple global/site specific programs for Site Operations, ensuring seamless and flawless execution
- Manage global contracts for services, effectively coordinating negotiations and agreements to achieve the best outcomes.
- Build effective relationships with onsite senior vendor partners onsite and offsite leadership to ensure good progress on contractual obligations
- Work with Procurement, VMO and vendor leadership to align on SLA, KPIs and ensure governance via other governance like SBR, strategic meetings
- Coordinate internal Site Operations OPEX and CAPEX projects, ensuring they align with overall business objectives. The broad annual run rate of expenses is 80-95 USD of Opex and around 20 M of Capex
- Coordinate the global OPEX budget for the Global Contracts, ensuring financial accuracy and accountability.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
- Foster communication and collaboration among collaborators, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring projects adhere to Adobe's high standards and proven methodologies.
- Track project performance to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Audit major expenses and report to Regional Operations Leaders and Sr Director, GSO
What you need to succeed
- Bachelors Degree in FM/Business Administration/ Engineering/Real Estate suitably with an MBA.
- Equivalent experience of 10+ years in Facilities Management and Contract Management
- Outstanding leadership skills with a proven track record in program management.
- Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, paying close attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to determine priorities and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
