The Opportunity
Join Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) as a Senior Product Manager and play a pivotal role in crafting the future of customer experiences through data innovation. Own the vision, strategy, and execution of AEP Data Services—a unified, trusted, and adaptive data foundation that powers real-time, actionable customer profiles. By integrating data from any source, this platform enables businesses to deliver hyper-personalized, data-driven experiences that put customers at the center of every interaction.
In this high-impact role, you will build the evolution of foundational platform components, including the Experience Data Model and the Data Dictionary. Join us in crafting the future of customer experience and making a lasting impact on global businesses by leading in data and AI innovation.
What You'll Do
- Lead product strategy and execution: for a new portfolio of data services within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
- Drive Product Lifecycle: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle—from conceptualization and development to market launch, pricing, and global adoption.
- Champion Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with teams across Adobe Experience Cloud applications and platform pillars, including AI/GenAI, governance, and real-time profiles, ensuring seamless integration and alignment.
- Innovate with AI: Collaborate with Adobe Research and AI teams to infuse Data Services with brand-new AI intelligence, advancing semantic data enrichment and actionable insights.
- Scale for Impact: Build and scale robust, intelligent, and future-proof data services that empower global businesses to achieve measurable success across industries.
Key Skills and Qualifications for Success
- 5-10 years experience in Product Management in the Data Services space.
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any relevant area is required; an MBA or equivalent professional experience is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, Big Data architectures, and Lakehouses; familiarity with AI/ML frameworks is highly helpful.
- Prior expertise in Digital Marketing, Customer Experience Management, or Marketing Automation is a plus.
- Outstanding ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and translate insights into actionable product strategies.
- Excellent ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical individuals, influencing collaborators at every level.
- Product leader with a proactive demeanor of ownership, excelling in first-principles problem-solving and collaborating with others to drive alignment and outcomes.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
