The Opportunity
This is a great opportunity to join a growing team that provides consulting services for Adobe Digital Media solutions! The Adobe consulting team helps enterprises implement Adobe applications and integrate complementary solutions. We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager to:
- Optimize product/market fit and profitability of existing consulting offerings
- Lead the process of developing new offers
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the consulting industry, strong analytical and managerial skills, and the ability to drive initiatives that enhance our offerings and improve profitability.
What you'll Do
- New Offer Discovery: Evaluate requests for new consulting offerings and build business cases for cross-functional alignment and VP/SVP level approvals.
- Offer Definition: Lead the definition of the offering, outlining consulting activities, roles, outcomes, and bandwidth.
- Offer Improvements: Recommend and drive improvements in go-to-market, pricing, and offer definition for existing offerings.
- Cross-functional Alignment: ensure alignment among cross-functional partners, including Consulting, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Business Model Strategy, and Legal.
- Cost Optimization Strategy: Assess return on investment for building automation tools and conduct vendor analysis to improve cost of goods sold.
- Measurement Strategy: Define key performance indicators and work with business intelligence teams to build Power BI reports.
- Business Reviews: Provide updates to team members during run-the-business meetings. Review performance and discuss recommendations for improvement during quarterly business reviews with senior leadership.
What you need to succeed
- Education Background: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience: Experience in management or business consulting, with a passion for Product Management. Alternatively, experience in marketing or selling professional services.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, particularly Power BI and Excel; knowledge of Lean methodologies and project management practices.
- Interpersonal Communications: Excellent communication and presentation abilities tailored for both peers and executive audiences; strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- Analytical Abilities: Shows a high level of proficiency in analyzing and resolving complex issues, having expertise in identifying business needs and devising strategies that yield positive outcomes.
- Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing projects and guiding teams.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the consulting industry and trends in product management.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $122,200 -- $234,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
