The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Manager, Hedging and Foreign Exchange to lead our Treasury Hedging team. The ideal candidate will manage and mitigate foreign exchange risk for the company, develop and implement FX strategies, oversee all FX operations and work closely with the business to ensure accurate exposure forecasting, localization of our products in foreign markets and effective foreign currency pricing. This role requires a deep understanding of global financial markets, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to enable Adobe’s revenue growth, as well as productivity and efficiency of the processes.

What you'll Do

  • Comprehensive identification and mitigation planning of global exposures
  • Streamline foreign currency exposure forecasting and hedging processes
  • Develop and implement comprehensive FX risk management strategies to mitigate exposure to currency fluctuations.
  • Monitor global financial markets and economic indicators to inform FX strategy and decision-making.
  • Execute FX transactions, including spot, forward, and options contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Accounting, Tax, Operations, FP&A) to drive strategic growth initiatives and ensure alignment and compliance with FX policies.
  • Prepare and present FX reports and analysis to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Maintain relationships with banks, brokers, and other financial institutions to ensure competitive pricing and efficient execution.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies related to FX activities.
  • Stay current with industry standard processes and emerging trends in FX risk management.
  • Train and mentor junior team members in FX management practices.

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in treasury with a focus on FX risk management, trading, or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of foreign exchange markets, financial instruments, and hedging strategies.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and use of FX management software/tools.
  • Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • CFA and/or MBA a plus.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $128,100 -- $262,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
