The Opportunity

We are looking for an exceptional Principal Product Manager to spearhead adoption of Acrobat Sign. This high-visibility role offers a unique opportunity to drive customer growth and deliver significant business outcomes in partnership with our product and GTM teams. If you are a leader with an interest in strategy and execution, we want you on our team!

This role will be part of Adobe Document Cloud core leadership team. You will be responsible for driving the product adoption strategy, creating the product adoption game plan, defining goals for product adoption and customer growth, and delivering business outcomes. This role provides regular exposure to senior leadership (VP+) in Adobe Document Cloud, with an opportunity to build new markets in the future to further accelerate Adobe Document Cloud’s trajectory.

What you’ll do

  • Be the business owner for your product. Define the product adoption strategy, establish interlock with GTM teams, and drive business outcomes (utilization and retention rates).
  • Serve as a chief product evangelist with customers, analysts, and internal sales teams, and be the chief customer advocate to help drive product strategy and roadmap prioritization.
  • Partner with Go To Market teams to successfully launch products, drive adoption and make customers successful.

What you need to succeed

  • Have a strong ambitious mentality. Possess a deep sense of ownership and responsibility and understand that the buck stops with you.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven track record to think strategically and develop impactful go-to-market strategies
  • Bachelors degree in computer science, mathematics, systems engineering, MIS, or an equivalent.
  • 7+ years product management, product marketing, management consulting or related experience. SaaS product experience is helpful.
  • Experience in building and managing high performance teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $146,800 -- $262,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
