THE OPPORTUNITY
The role will require excellent project management skills to support programs/projects in Engineering, Maintenance, and Facilities, including, Validation, Revalidation, Equipment Rebuild, and Long-Term Planning at the Pilot Plant and PRC including any future projects or initiatives to support innovation.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Program Manager to lead and design compliance processes across all research and development manufacturing to include Engineering, Maintenance, Facilities, and Quality Assurance.
- Program Manager for validation, revalidation, and equipment rebuilds at the Pilot Plant and PRC.
- Design and lead process for parts inventory and restocking at Pilot Plant and PRC to meet current and future operational needs.
- Collaborate with Global R&D operations to support ANRD Capital Planning in identifying short-and long-term capital requirements for future innovation and sustainability
- Participate in the development and implementation of programs/projects when required.
- Work with functional leadership to anticipate and solve problems.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, science, engineering, or a related field
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred
- Proven track record of managing projects from initiation to closure
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

The base pay for this position is $97,300.00 – $194,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
